Overview

Integral Purposeful Thinking And Acting (IPTAA) is a science-based, cross-faculty approach which systematically establishes and develops the self-efficacy of individuals and organizations, both in private as well as occupational/business contexts. 

Its development was spearheaded in the 2010s by the professor for management and business, Dr. h. c. Roman Brylka with the teams of the State University of Bishkek (KSUCTA) and the ProCompetence INSTITUTE Munich. 

This approach creates an ethically and values-neutral basis for the systematic establishment and development of essential cross-sectional competencies (MajorSkills) and organizational structures (BOP link), such that decisions are made and actions are taken as reliably, rapidly, effectively, and efficiently as possible to achieve particular goals as individuals or groups, particularly in environments that are characterized by VUCA.
